How We Spend
Family services stay free because paid work with schools and systems underwrites them, and because our founder contributes the majority of the professional time the organization runs on without pay. As a newly founded organization, we will publish our full financial statements with each annual 990 filing rather than post projections before we have a year of actual spending to report.

Our Commitments
We do not charge families for anything. Our independent IEP Audit and our parent workshops are free, and our Advocacy Toolkit and My Child's Playbook are free to download.
We never accept payment from a school district in connection with an individual child's case. Districts that engage us purchase reviews of their own IEP quality across their system, and no family service is ever funded by the district whose documents we review.
We publish our EIN and organizational filings so anyone can verify our nonprofit status.
We will never sell subscriber data or family information to any third party.
